Booking Policies

At Enchanted Photobooth, our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The following policies help ensure clear communication and a smooth booking process for all events.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date, as outlined in your booking agreement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Deposits are non‑refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Please note that rescheduled dates are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Event Timing & Overtime

Photobooth service is provided for the duration selected at booking. If additional time is requested during the event, overtime may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges. All overtime must be approved on‑site.

Setup Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space and access to a standard power outlet for the photobooth setup. Wi‑Fi access is required for instant sharing features such as digital photos, GIFs, and boomerangs. We arrive early to complete setup before guests arrive whenever possible.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor events are welcome, provided adequate shelter is available to protect equipment and guests. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Enchanted Photobooth reserves the right to modify or suspend service to protect equipment and ensure safety.

Equipment Care & Damage

Clients agree to be responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or guest behavior during the event. Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Travel

Service includes events within the Des Moines area. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the standard service area and will be discussed prior to booking.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide uninterrupted service, Enchanted Photobooth is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including power outages, internet disruptions, venue restrictions, or acts of nature.

Acceptance of Policies

By submitting a deposit and booking our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the above policies.
